    Directions

    Step 1

    起锅热油和麻油,把蒜茸炸至金黄色。Heat oil and sesame oil, sauté garlic until golden.

    Step 2

    加入虾米、干贝丝、蚝干及香菇,炒至香后加入调味料B,炒均后盛出。Add dried shrimps. Dried scallop shreds, dried oysters and mushrooms. Fry until fragrant. Add in seasoning B to mix then dish out and put aside.

    Step 3

    在米和绿豆瓣里加盐、胡椒粉及麻油。Add salt, pepper and sesame oil to rice and split green peas.

    Step 4

    用两片粽叶折成斗状,放入2汤匙米料,填入1汤匙馅料,再铺上2汤匙米料,绑成三角形状,以草绳扎紧。Fold 2 pieces of bamboo leaves into a cone, add 2tbsp rice and top up with 1tbsp fillings. Add 2tbsp rice again. Wrap up into a neat triangle and secure with hempstring.

    Step 5

    煮一大煲水,加2汤匙盐和1汤匙白糖,转小火,放入粽子,煮1/2小时或至熟。Boil in plenty of water with 2tbsp salt and 1tbsp sugar. Reduce to low heat and boil for 1 1/2 hours until dumplings are cooked.
